Put the green spelled meal, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, garlic and vegetable stock powder in a saucepan and cover completely with water. Mix the mixture and bring to the boil briefly. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Chop the onion and mix well with the curry, salt, chives and tomato paste. If the mass is too sticky, you can add a little more flour. Shape the dough into meatballs and fry in a pan with oil. You can flatten the dough with a spatula or spoon. Fry well on both sides. Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into slices. Cut the burger buns open and top with the meatballs first, then with the pickles and tomatoes. Garnish with the sauce of your choice and close the lid.
