  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g flour
  • 8 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • possibly anise or vanilla or lemon or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy, add sugar and eggs and work into a smooth dough.
  2. Stir in the flour and salt. Finally add the quark and mix everything into a dough.
  3. Important: The quark should be added to the dough at the end.
  4. Depending on your taste, the waffle batter can be refined with e.g. vanilla, rum, etc.
  5. Bake the waffles in a waffle iron.
