Ingredients

  • 180 g honey
  • 80 g suar
  • 70 g butter
  • 380 g flour
  • 4 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 1 egg (s), size L.
  • 2 packs aroma (Bourbon-Vanilla)
  • 60 g powdered suar

For the cast:

  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 2 packs aroma (Bourbon-Vanilla)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Sugar, (granulated sugar)

Instructions

  1. Carefully melt honey with sugar and butter in a saucepan while stirring, then pour into a mixing bowl and allow to cool.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder, stir into the honey mixture with the egg, the aroma and 60 g powdered sugar and knead well.
  3. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 4 mm, cut out hearts and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 10 minutes.
  6. Take out and let cool. Then mix the powdered sugar with the water and flavor, brush the biscuits with it and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
