Ingredients
- 500 g butter, soft
- 300 g suar
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon rum, brown
- 250 g flour
- 50 g pistachios
- 200 g almonds (flakes)

- Beat butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix in the rum and stir in the flour.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the dough evenly on it with a palette.
- Roughly chop the pistachio nuts and sprinkle with the almonds on the dough.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the 2nd shelf from the bottom at 190 degrees for 25 minutes (gas 2-3, convection not recommended) until golden brown.
- Let the cake cool on the baking sheet, then peel off the baking paper and cut the cake into pieces for serving.
- Packaged airtight, the cake stays fresh for a few days.
