Ingredients
- 225 grams flour
- 375 grams sugar
- 250 g nuts, round
- 50 g orane peel
- 50 g lemon peel
- 0.5 ½ pack gingerbread spice
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 3 egg (s)
- 500 g potato (s)
- some wafers (large baking wafers)
- possibly cake icing

- Boil the potatoes, peel them and let them cool, then press them through the potato press. Add all other ingredients, mix well and then use a small spoon to place the dough on large baking wafers. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- If necessary, coat the gingerbread cookies with a glaze of your choice after they have cooled down.
