Ingredients

  • liter ⅛ milk
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • kg ⅛ flour
  • 15 g raisins
  • 15 g clarified butter
  • 10 g powdered suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, sour cream (makes it fluffy), yolk, sugar and flour well with a whisk, add a little salt and stir in the raisins. Beat the egg white with snow, then carefully fold it into the mixture.
  2. Heat clarified butter in a pan, pour in the batter, bake until golden on one side, then turn. After approx. 1 min. Tear into pieces with 2 forks and bake for approx. 2 min., Poking and turning frequently.
  3. Immediately dust the plate with powdered sugar and serve. Also very good with jam!
