Ingredients

  • 400 g potato (s)
  • salt
  • 400 g Kasseler, lean (precooked)
  • 1 can sauerkraut, cooked (approx. 500 g drained weight)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • pepper
  • Caraway seed
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes, quench, peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the smoked pork into cubes and drain the sauerkraut. Wash the spring onions and cut into pieces about 3 cm long.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the smoked pork and potato cubes vigorously. Add the sauerkraut and spring onions and sauté briefly. Wash the parsley and cut into fine strips and add to the sauerkraut pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and Tabasco
  4. WW- 5.5 P per serving
