Ingredients

  • 200 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • 500 g penne
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 400 g whipped cream, or cremefine for cookin
  • 500 g meat, (kebab meat)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • possibly spice mixture, (kebab spice)

Instructions

  1. First add water to a saucepan until the water boils. Then add the stock and noodles and stir. Cook on medium heat for about 9-12 minutes, until the noodles only have a light bite.
  2. In another small saucepan, add the cream and cheese and heat gently until the cheese is completely melted in the cream. If you like, you can add finely chopped chillies or kebab spice. Caution: Do not place too hot, otherwise the cream will burn! In addition, fry the kebab meat in a pan for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally over medium heat. Finally, spread the cheese-cream sauce and kebab meat over the noodles and stir.
  3. Tip: Use cremefine instead of cream for a lower-calorie enjoyment.
