Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 250 g natural yourt
- 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 100 g suar, possibly more or less
- 350 g cherry (s), fresh, frozen or from the lass
- 3 banana (s)
- Lemon juice
- 100 g chocolate (air chocolate, e.. Luflee), chopped

- Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and puree with a dash of lemon juice, sugar and the quark. Fold in the yogurt.
- Beat the Cremefine with the mixer on the highest setting until a whipped cream-like consistency is achieved. Carefully fold the cherries into the banana-yogurt quark mixture.
- Finally sprinkle the coarsely chopped air chocolate over it and partly fold in.
