Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the bulgur. Then soak the moist bulgur in water for 2 hours.
  2. Add the mint, onion and pepper. Add the minced meat, mix very well and knead. Shape the kibe (tapering rolls). Fry in hot oil and serve immediately.
  3. The kibe are served with lime wedges and tabasco. The limes and tabasco can be poured over the kibe and consumed as desired.
