- Wash and drain the bulgur. Then soak the moist bulgur in water for 2 hours.
- Add the mint, onion and pepper. Add the minced meat, mix very well and knead. Shape the kibe (tapering rolls). Fry in hot oil and serve immediately.
- The kibe are served with lime wedges and tabasco. The limes and tabasco can be poured over the kibe and consumed as desired.
