Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 large onion (s)
- some parsley
- 1 large apple (not floury!)
- vinegar
- oil
- salt and pepper

- Cut the apple into small pieces and dice the onion (not too small). Mix with the washed and drained kidney beans.
- Parsley with it. Salt and a little pepper.
- Dress with vinegar and oil.
