Ingredients
- 40 g chocolate (children`s chocolate)
- 190 g flour
- 1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 70 grams sugar
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 220 ml buttermilk
- Grease for the tin

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Cut the children`s chocolate into small pieces. Mix the flour with the chocolate chips, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda carefully.
- In a second bowl, whisk the egg lightly. Add sugar, oil and buttermilk and mix everything together well.
- Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir only until the dry ingredients are moist.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour in the batter.
- Bake in the hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the muffins cool in the baking pan for 5 minutes and then remove them from the pan.
