Kiwi Salad “Emerald Turtle”

Fruit salad with raisins and chocolate, decorated in the shape of a turtle. “Emerald Turtle” looks great on the festive table. Both children and adults will be delighted!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Kiwi – 4 pcs.
  • Grapefruit – 1/2 pc.
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Mandarins – 3 pcs.
  • Raisins – 80 g
  • Chocolate – 60 g
  • Lemon – 1/2 pc.
  • Yogurt – 30 ml
  • Honey – 2 tbsp

Direction

  1. Peel the tangerines. Cut arbitrarily.
  2. Peel the apple from the top layer and cut it into cubes. Sprinkle immediately with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Peel and peel the grapefruit. Slice.
  3. Cut the chocolate into cubes. I took my favorite 🙂 You can use whatever you like.
  4. Combine all fruits, add chocolate. Pour boiling water over the raisins, rinse and add to the salad.
  5. Mix yogurt with honey. The fatter the yogurt, the better. I had yogurt with coconut and took it. But, ideally, you need to take natural thick yogurt. Season the salad. Mix.
  6. Put the salad on a dish in the form of an oval or circle.
  7. Cut the kiwi into thin slices. Put the kiwi in a circle on top of the salad.
  8. Cut out the legs and tail. Cut the kiwi in half for the turtle’s head. I made the eyes and mouth from kiwi seeds. And we got such a cute turtle 🙂 Both beautiful and tasty 🙂
