- 6 kiwi (s), (approx. 30 g peeled and weighed)
- 150 ml water
- 80 g suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 50 g semolina, (durum wheat)
- 300 ml cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Halve the kiwi, remove the pulp with a spoon or similar and cut into small cubes. Bring the water, sugar and lemon juice to the boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat, add the kiwi pieces, sprinkle in the semolina and simmer gently over a low heat for approx. 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the semolina is well swollen. Let the kiwi meal cool down completely.
- Then whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the kiwi semolina. Chill until ready to serve.

- The semolina also tastes lukewarm without cream and as a sweet main meal.
