Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 2 medium carrot (s)
- 1 handful rocket or salad your choice
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate cider vinegar or other fruit vinegar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 small Spring onion (noun)
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper

- If you have a food processor, you can use it to coarsely grate carrots, kohlrabi and apples. I cut the ingredients into sticks and picked the rocket into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything in a bowl.
- For the dressing, put all the other ingredients in a glass and stir well. Pour everything over the salad and let it steep. The delicious salad is ready.
- Tips: You can vary this salad as you like. I could imagine feta and walnuts. and herbs like parsley or chives would give the salad a different touch.
