Ingredients

  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 2 large kohlrabi
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 200 g round beef
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 30 g mararine
  • 30 grams flour
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Peel and dice the potatoes. Cover and cook both in the boiling broth for approx. 15 minutes. Drain, catching the broth.
  2. Shape the ground beef into small dumplings. Fry in a heated saucepan. Take out and keep warm.
  3. Heat the margarine in a saucepan, sweat the flour in it and deglaze with the collected stock. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir processed cheese into the sauce, then heat the kohlrabi strips, potato cubes and the minced meatballs in them. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle the ragout with it and serve immediately.
