Korean Style Beef

What do you know about Korean food? I’m nothing at all, well, maybe just remember the noodles, that’s all. And this is bad, because there you can find a dozen simple and quick homemade dishes that will come in handy.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Red Pepper Paste – 50 Grams
  • Fillet of beef – 500 Grams
  • Ramen Noodles – 360 Grams
  • Porcini mushrooms – 300 Grams
  • Broccoli – 150 Grams
  • Green onions, feathers – 3 Pieces
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Rice vinegar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Garlic – 4 Cloves
  • Grated Ginger – 0.25 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. First, make a marinade. Toss soy sauce with chopped garlic and ginger, paste, oil and vinegar.
  2. Cut the meat into thin strips. Then marinate it in the prepared mixture. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
  3. In a preheated skillet, fry the beef for 3 minutes, turning it over several times.
  4. At the same time, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Fry the finely chopped onion in a skillet for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add mushrooms to the onion in slices and broccoli with inflorescences. Fry everything together for 3 minutes, stirring.
  7. Add cooked noodles, meat and marinade to vegetables.
  8. Stir the dish and after 2 minutes it will be ready.
