Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 20 g yeast
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 500g flour
  • 200 g chocolate, (dark or whole milk)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Milk or whisked egg for brushing

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk with the yeast and butter in a saucepan. Put the egg, sugar and flour in a bowl and knead everything well to form a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes. Chop the chocolate and finally knead in well.
  2. Shape thin sticks, similar to baguettes. Brush with milk or whisked egg and let rise for another 20-30 minutes. Bake at 180 ° in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
