Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 200 g cheese, rated Emmentaler
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped salt
  • 400 ml water, warm
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • 1 pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Mix the 500g flour, 200g grated Emmentaler and the 2 teaspoons of salt together in a large bowl, then add 400 ml of warm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 packet of dry yeast, mix everything well until you get a smooth dough. Place it in portions with a wet spoon on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Emmentaler. Bake at approx. 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. Tip: also works wonderfully with fresh yeast!
