Lamb with Quiche in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • Boneless lamb (shoulder) – 800 g
  • Natural yogurt – 250 ml
  • Quiches – 4 tbsp
  • Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Powdered dry parsley – 2 teaspoon.
  • Ground coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Ground cayenne pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Chopped fresh cilantro – 4 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
  2. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and beat with a whisk. Season with salt, dry parsley, coriander, cayenne pepper, and chopped cilantro. To stir thoroughly.
  3. Peel the onion, chop finely. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces about 3 cm wide. Place in a slow cooker. Add onion, cinnamon, cardamom, and bay leaf.
  4. Pour in the spiced yogurt and cream. Add raisins. Mix.
  5. Select the “Extinguishing” mode for 90 minutes.
