I present to your attention a simple recipe for lard snacks. Ingredients

  • Salted lard – 250 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Mustard (sauce) – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill – 5 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to make a lard snack:

Directions

  1. Cut off the skin and cut the bacon into cubes. Scroll it through the meat grinder.
  2. Add garlic passed through a press, chopped dill, mustard to the bacon. Salt and pepper to taste, mix everything thoroughly.
