Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 500 g minced meat (optionally mixed or just beef)
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) vegetable stock, instant
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 2 small Can (s) tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes) 45 ml each, cut into pieces
  • 1 pack lasagne platter (s)
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 pinch (s) oregano or pizza spice
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Here is my recipe for our absolute favorite lasagne. It tastes really delicious, I think, and can be prepared very quickly (apart from the time it has to stay in the oven).
  2. Take a larger frying pan (mine is 28 cm in diameter) with a high rim. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat on high. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Add the minced meat and fry well. Salt and pepper well, also add a good pinch of nutmeg. If the minced meat is already lightly seared, add the onion cubes and fry with them. Mix everything well. Now add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and mix everything well. Then pour the pizza tomatoes on top and add the water. Carefully stir in the vegetable stock with a whisk, seasoning until the taste is right. Stir in half a cup of sour cream and, depending on your taste, add more vegetable stock. Then the sauce is ready.
  3. Finally, prepare the top layer under the cheese with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of sour cream. Simply put everything in a small bowl, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and stir everything well.
  4. Now layer the lasagna as usual - in a large lasagne dish. At the bottom is a little sauce, then layer the lasagne sheets. Then layer the sauce etc. again. As soon as the red tomato sauce is used up, spread another layer of lasagne sheets over it. Then comes the prepared sour cream. The grated cheese is then sprinkled on top. Now just put on a lid - if there isn`t one, cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for half an hour. Then remove the lid or the aluminum foil and cook for another 10 minutes, so that the cheese turns golden brown.
