Lasagna Recipe Ground Beef

Lasagna is one of the most popular Italian dishes in the world. Aromatic and delicious lasagna with ground beef is prepared quite simply and quickly and can be both a treat for a holiday and an everyday dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of lasagna
  • 700 gr. lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 cans (420 g each) of canned tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon. cottage cheese with fine grain
  • 2 tablespoon. grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large saucepan and add salt. Cook the lasagna sheets according to the directions on the package. Drain the water, spread the lasagne in a baking dish.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry the minced meat with chopped onion, garlic, and oregano. When the meat is brown, drain off the fat and add the tomato sauce and vinegar. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 175 ° C.
  4. Grease a baking dish with oil. Arrange the lasagna sheets in 1 layer on the bottom of the mold. Put a layer of cottage cheese on top, then a layer of meat sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and repeat layers to make a total of three. Finish with a layer of cheese and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, cut into the lasagne and serve.        Bon appetite!
