Lasagna Recipe Slow Cooker

Lasagna is an absolute favorite of Italian cuisine. To cook this delicate and mouth-watering dish with Bolognese and Bechamel sauces with cheese easily and quickly, we need a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Lasagne 12-16 sheets
  • Grated Parmesan 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

For the Bolognese sauce:

  • Minced meat 500 g
  • Tomato 2-3 pcs.
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • The mixture of Italian herbs 1 teaspoon

For Bechamel sauce:

  • Milk 1 l
  • Butter 120 g
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cooking Bolognese sauce. Peel the tomatoes and grind with a blender together with tomato paste.
  2. Set the temperature to 160 ° C. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat for 5 minutes. Pour in Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. We cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add the tomato mass, mix.
  3. Cooking Bechamel sauce. Melt butter in a bowl, add flour, cook for 1 minute. Stir constantly, gradually pour in the milk. Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cooking for 10 minutes. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Grease the bowl with olive oil, pour in a little Bechamel sauce and Bolognese sauce.
  5. Place the sheets of lasagna so that they overlap slightly. Spread some Bolognese sauce, sprinkle with cheese and grease with Béchamel sauce. Layout the layers until all ingredients are gone. The last layer should be lasagna sheets drizzled with Bechamel sauce and sprinkled with cheese. Cooking in the same mode for 25 minutes.
