Ingredients
- 500 g plain yohurt, creamy
- 1 glass applesauce
- 30 amarettini
- 1 bar chocolate

- Put 3 amarettini aside, crumble the rest.
- You take a slightly taller glass per serving and fill it with 3 tablespoons of yoghurt, then add a layer of crumbled amarettini, followed by 3 tablespoons of apple sauce. Then do the same thing again. Finally, a layer of yogurt on top.
- Use a sharp knife to scrape the chocolate off the rasp (this creates such small rolls). Decorate the dessert with the chocolate flakes and one cookie each.
- The ingredients are enough for about 3 glasses, applesauce remains a little. If you want, you can sweeten the yogurt with a little sugar.
