Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
- 75 ml coffee
- 6 egg (s), 4 which are separate
- 250 grams sugar
- 150 g yourt (mocha)
- 4 tablespoon liqueur (coffee)
- 400 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 6 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 vanilla pod (s), pulp it
- 150 g yourt (cream)
- Chocolate sauce, as a decor

- Cappuccino powder in hot coffee dissolve, with 4 egg yolks, 2 eggs and 100 g of sugar over a hot water bath to set up short thick creamy before cooking. Place the bowl in ice-cold water, stir in the mocha yoghurt and liqueur and beat the mixture until it is cold. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture except for 5 tablespoon. Fill into 10 200 ml glasses. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Beat 4 egg whites, lemon juice, 1 pinch of salt and 150 g sugar over a hot water bath until stiff until the mixture is hot and shiny. Beat in ice water until cold. Stir in the orange juice and vanilla pulp. Fold in the cream yoghurt and 5 tablespoons of cream, pour onto the parfait, and freeze. Garnish with sauce before serving.
