Latte Tea

The recipe for a delicious and aromatic drink is tea latte.

Ingredients
- Black tea – 1 sachet
- Milk – 1 glass
- Water – 1 glass
- Cloves – 2 pcs.
- Cinnamon (sticks) – 1 pc.
- Fresh ginger – 1 wedge
- Cardamom – 1/4 teaspoon
- Allspice – 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar or honey to taste
Directions
- Heat / lightly sauté dry spices over medium heat – about 2 minutes or until spices develop flavor.
- Add all the other ingredients. (If you want to use honey, but are afraid to heat it, add it at the end, when serving.) Stir everything.
- Bring to a boil, but be careful not to let the milk escape (you can put a wooden spoon on the saucepan for this). When everything is boiling, reduce heat and cook for about 5 more minutes.
- Strain the finished latte tea through a sieve.
