Lavash Roll with Korean Carrots

Lavash-based snacks are a great field for culinary experiments. There are many recipes that use thin pita bread. And my recipe for pita roll with Korean carrots, boiled egg and melted cheese is one of a huge number of them.

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Korean carrots – 100 grams
  • Processed cheese – 100 grams
  • Dill greens – 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise – 50 grams

Directions

  1. Essential products for a pita roll with Korean carrots
  2. Set the egg to boil and cook it longer so that it boils well until it is steep. Dip the boiled egg in cold water, then it will be easier to clean.
  3. While the egg is boiling, remember the processed cheese with a fork or grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Peel the boiled egg and grate on a coarse grater.
  5. In a plate, make a salad of processed cheese, eggs, Korean carrots, chopped dill.
  6. Season everything with mayonnaise and mix well.
  7. Spread the lavash on the table and spread it with a thin layer of the prepared salad.
  8. Roll the pita bread and wrap with cling film – this will allow the roll to soak better and faster. Send the pita bread to the refrigerator, and after 2 hours, the pita roll with Korean carrots can be served.
