Lebanese Garlic Sauce

If you love garlic sauces, you should definitely try this one. A simple process, a small set of ingredients, and the result is a real fantasy. Do not pass by and be sure to repeat!

Ingredients

  • Salt – 2 Teaspoons
  • Head of Garlic – 4 Pieces
  • Vegetable Oil – 3-4 Glasses
  • Lemon Juice – 1/2 Cup

Directions

  1. For the sauce we need 4 ingredients.
  2. Peel the garlic and place it in a blender bowl. Add salt.
  3. Begin grinding by periodically lifting with a spoon or spatula from the sides of the bowl.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup butter in a thin stream while whisking.
  5. Add a spoonful of lemon juice. Repeat the process with oil and juice.
  6. Continue whisking.
