Ingredients

  • 1 slice meat loaf
  • 1 large tomato (s), sliced
  • 1 scoop mozzarella, sliced
  • some clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Roast a slice of meat loaf in an ovenproof pan in clarified butter until golden brown. Cover the finished meatloaf with tomato slices, place the mozzarella on top and place the pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees grill. Wait for the mozzarella to melt, then serve.
  2. You can add fried potatoes, or just baguette. The food goes very quickly and tastes really delicious.
