Ingredients

  • 300 g meat loaf, coarse
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 600 g beans, fresh
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch savory
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, sweet
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the meat loaf into cubes. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the meat loaf and onions until golden brown, then remove. Braise the beans in the roasting tray. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the savory and let cook for about 10 minutes, until they are almost cooked. Refine with sour cream and sweet mustard. Add the meat loaf and the onion rings and heat for about 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. We serve boiled potatoes with it.
