- 80 ml water
- 1 port. Coffee powder, (espresso powder)
- 4 teaspoons condensed milk, sweetened, preferably Russian
- 30 ml milk
- possibly cocoa powder
- possibly biscuit (s), (almond biscuits)

- Fill the espresso machine with water and coffee powder. Prepare espresso with the machine. Warm up and froth the milk. First pour the sweetened condensed milk into a coffee glass with a volume of approx. 180 ml and top up with espresso. Carefully pour the milk foam on top. If you want, you can sprinkle some cocoa powder over it. Stir before drinking.
- It is best to serve an almond biscuit with it.
