  • 1 leek
  • 3 medium onion (s)
  • 200 g bacon cubes
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 150 g herbal cream cheese
  • 2 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the leek, then cut into semicircular strips. Also cut the onions into strips and set aside.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, about 100 g of the grated cheese, nutmeg and pepper.
  3. Fry the leek and onions until translucent. Then add the bacon cubes and continue frying. When everything is done, pour into a suitable tart form and pour the egg and cheese mixture over it. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top.
  4. The leek tart is in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 - 35 minutes.
  5. It can be eaten warm and cold.
