Ingredients
- 750 g leek, (leek)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 50 ml vegetable stock, (instant)
- 1 bunch dill
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon horseradish, grated
- Seasoned Salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Cut the leek into rings. Sauté in butter. Dust with flour, stir and pour in the broth. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes over a low heat.
- Finely chop the dill. Stir in the cream and horseradish. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then add the dill at the end.
