Leg Kebab

Recipes from chicken legs captivate the speed of preparation and economy. So an inexperienced student can cook a shish kebab from chicken legs, and a whole company can be fed them quickly and inexpensively.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Chicken legs – 6 pcs.
  • Onions – 2-3 pcs.
  • Lemon (juice) – 2 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns – 10 pcs. (taste)
  • Ground red sweet pepper – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 tbsp (to taste)
  • Dill (optional) – 1 tbsp (to taste)
  • Parsley (optional) – 1 tbsp (to taste)

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the legs.
  2. Combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken legs in this mixture. Stir. Soak them for an hour.
  4. Then cut into small pieces.
  5. Peel the onion, wash and cut into rings.
  6. String the pieces of meat on skewers along with the onions.
  7. Fry shish kebabs in any way until golden brown.
  8. The shish kebabs are ready. Sprinkle with a mixture of chopped parsley and dill if desired, or serve the chicken leg kebabs with adjika.
