Ingredients
- 150 g butter, very soft
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ powdered sugar

- Mix the very soft butter (if necessary briefly in the microwave, but do not let it become liquid) with a small whisk until creamy. Stir in all other ingredients and chill. The lemon butter goes well with fresh rolls or baguettes and is very refreshing in summer.
