Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some vanilla from the mill
  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g corn starch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 large lime (s)
  • 1 bottle lemon flavor
  • 1 pck lemon zest, untreated
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 tablespoons carbonated water
  • 30 g powdered suar for dustin
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the pan

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Mix the cream, milk and lemon flavor well and set aside.
  2. Mix the flour, starch, baking powder and lemon zest together. Beat egg yolks, lime juice, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla with a mixer until frothy. Add half of the cream and mix vigorously again.
  3. Add the flour mixture and mix until you have a bonded mass. Add the rest of the cream, carefully fold in the egg whites and finally add the water.
  4. Pour the dough into a greased and floured 26 cm springform pan, dust with a heaping tablespoon of powdered sugar and place in the oven preheated to 175 ° C (top / bottom heat), bake for approx. 35 minutes.
  5. After baking, loosen the edge of the springform pan with a knife and let the cake cool. Sieve the rest of the powdered sugar onto the cooled cake.
