Ingredients
- 180 g butter
- 4 large egg (s), separated
- 120 g powdered suar
- 170 g flour
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 10 g bakin powder
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), grated zest
For covering:
- 100 g powdered suar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice

- Preheat the oven to 160 ° convection.
- Mix the soft butter until creamy, mix well with the egg yolks and icing sugar. Mix in the flour and pudding powder and the lemon zest.
- Spread the dough on a greased and floured slightly smaller tray (approx. 28) and bake for approx. 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, beat the egg whites and whip them tightly with the icing sugar, stir in the lemon juice, spread on the cake in a wave-like shape and bake for another 10 minutes.
