Ingredients
- 4 sticks lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon curry paste, green
- 350 ml cream
- olive oil
- some wine, white

- Cut the lemongrass stalks into rings and sauté in the olive oil,
- then add 1 teaspoon of the green curry paste, deglaze with a little white wine or broth, simmer a little, strain the whole thing through a sieve and add the cream. You could also serve chopped lemon balm on top
