- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 drops flavor, lemon
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 200 g almond (s), round
- 100 g powdered suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, knead in the rest. Roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick and cut out with a heart cookie cutter. Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice and coat the biscuits with the lemon glaze while they are still hot.
