  • 200 g lentils, red
  • 480 ml water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the lentils in 480 ml water for 6-12 hours.
  2. Then puree the lentils with the rest of the water in a mixer to form a smooth dough (add salt if necessary). There really shouldn`t be any bits left.
  3. Roll out the dough in a non-stick pan with the help of a spoon (does not have to be perfectly smooth) and heat for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes so that the surface becomes drier and bubbles may form. Turn and heat again for 1 minute.
