Chop up the bacon with a food processor. Peel the onion and either chop it very finely or add it to the food processor with the bacon. Do the same with the garlic and add everything to the minced meat. Finely grate the cheese and then season the mixture vigorously with rose paprika and add a little salt and black pepper from the mill. Mix everything thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into balls about 4 cm in diameter and place them in a baking dish. Then brush the meatballs with a little olive oil. Place the tin on the middle shelf in the oven preheated to 180 degrees top and bottom heat, where the balls bake for about 45 minutes until they are browned.
Djuvec rice or French fries and ajvar are suitable as side dishes.
