Ingredients
- 1 lettuce (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard, sweeter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoon chives rolls

- Clean the lettuce, wash it well and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Peel the cucumber and slice it, add a little salt. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core and cut into narrow strips. Wash the chives, cut finely with scissors
- Mix all salad ingredients.
- For the salad dressing, mix vinegar, sweet mustard, maple syrup, salt, pepper and yoghurt well, mix in the oil and season to taste. Pour the chives over it, pour the salad dressing over the salad and mix well.
