- Grate the apples. The fastest way to do this is with a food processor, but the hand grater also works. Sweeten the yogurt with honey to taste and crumble the biscuits.
- Layer everything in 2 dessert glasses. First the apples, then yogurt, cookies, yogurt, apples, yogurt, cookies.
- If you like, you can refine the grated apples with lemon juice and / or cinnamon. Other cookies can of course also be used. You can use more or less of the honey, depending on the taste and sweetness of the apples, or you can leave it out entirely.
