Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (Riatoni or Spirelli) 4 P
  • 1 cucumber (s) 0 p
  • 2 tomato (s) 0 p
  • 1 bell pepper (s) 0 p
  • 4 sachets spice mixture for salad, to taste, prepare without oil 2 P
  • Possibly corn, don`t forget to add points

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, peel and quarter the cucumber. I then remove the seeds so that the salad is not so watery. Then cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Clean, core and cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. The same thing happens with the tomatoes. Put all the vegetables in a bowl.
  3. Drain the pasta in a colander and let cool.
  4. In the meantime, just stir the salad herbs with water and pour over the vegetable pieces. Mix well.
  5. Put the cooled noodles in a bowl and fold in the vegetable sauce.
  6. Very, very tasty, especially in summer and if you like to finish the bowl on your own, that`s just 6 P. If you divide the portion with four people, the value per person is 1.5 P.
