Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 bag rice, approx. 25 g
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 0.5 ½ shallot (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 4 pickled cucumber (s)
- 4 carrot (s)
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- salt and pepper

- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool.
- In the meantime, peel off the shallot and cut it into fine pieces, clean and chop the remaining vegetables.
- For the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the tuna and add to the vegetables with the cooled rice. Mix with the dressing - done.
- Tip: It tastes best a little drawn out.
