  • 50 g custard powder, vanilla starch or, alternatively, cornstarch
  • 0.5 packet ½ baking powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 500 g fruit, any, e.. cherries

Instructions

  1. First prepare the fruit, e.g. wash and core the cherries.
  2. Mix all cake ingredients and knead thoroughly until crumble forms. Put 3/4 of the crumble in the baking pan and press lightly on the base so that the entire base is covered. Spread the fruit on the cake base and sprinkle the remaining crumble on top.
  3. Now bake at 200 ° for 25 minutes and the lightning crumble fruit cake is ready!
