- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g butter
- 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard

- Melt the butter in the microwave. Put the egg yolks, yogurt, and mustard in a tall mixing bowl. Let the butter run in slowly and mix well with the hand blender. Season with pepper, salt and lemon juice.

- For this recipe you definitely need a hand blender. It doesn`t work without it!
