1 apple
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

Wash, peel and finely grate the carrots. Peel the apple and grate it finely.
For the dressing, mix the orange juice with a tablespoon of oil, pour over the raw vegetable salad and mix.
