Ingredients
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 3 peppers, (red, green, yellow)
- 600 g minced meat (pork) or minced meat
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 600 g mushrooms, fresh
- 3 cups crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper

- Fry the minced meat in oil. Dice the sheep`s cheese, cut the mushrooms into slices, dice the paprika and stew with the minced meat for about 5 minutes. Add the crème fraiche and herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Put the minced meat in a baking dish, place the mushrooms on top and bake for about 20 minutes. Place the sheep`s cheese over the mushrooms and bake for another 20 minutes.
- It goes well with baguette or rice.
